Goal

The process began by coming up with a comprehensive strategy for identifying the most promising SEO keywords and implementing them within the team’s content, both existing and new

The first point of consideration was performing a technical site analysis. During this process, the team at Doukas Media worked to identify any and all key search barriers on the client’s website as it stood. Once these search barriers were identified, the team focused their efforts on addressing the points where there was the greatest potential for optimization. At the same time, the team outlined areas of the client’s website that had gaps to be filled.

Once the strategy was complete, the team went to work. New content was created where needed, and some duplicate content across the site was corrected and made unique. Title tags and meta descriptions were modified throughout the website to optimize key meta data, and the heading tag structure was re-structured as well.

The team also made the website more user-friendly by restructuring the navigation, setting canonical tags on duplicate URLs, addressing crawl errors, and redirecting broken pages.

The Results

Early results in this case were incredibly encouraging. Within the first five months after initial tasks were completed, the client reported:
